Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 


You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier performance.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom and may also ship internationally.

 

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

TotallyPrezzi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

Order Tracking

 

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 


 

 

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

 

TotallyPrezzi is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
