Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hats unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

All Sales Are Final

Once a hat has been worn or tried on, it cannot be resold. For this reason, all hat purchases are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a hat that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement depending on availability, or
  • A refund,

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Hats that have been worn, tried on, or altered
  • Incorrect size, style, or color selection
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
